Careers

Working offshore means with us: in a consistent team.

We are looking for welders, industrial mechanics, fitters, and project engineers who want to be a permanent part of our team and help us grow the company—not just for one project, but for the years to come.

Why join us

What you get with us.

Offshore work is demanding enough. Anything that can be handled on land, we handle on land.

Consistent teams instead of rotating crews

You head out with the same people you were out with last time. In tight quarters, that makes all the difference.

Qualifications on us

Welding certifications, GWO, FISAT, or IRATA: we fund and organize whatever is needed for the job.

Your own gear that actually works

From torque wrenches and welding equipment to rope access gear — tested, calibrated, and ready when you need it.

Planning you can rely on

Assignments are prepared on land, not improvised on the vessel. Your offshore schedule is set well in advance.

Safety is more than just a poster

We are SCL Level 3 and ISO 45001 certified — in practice, this means that if you stop a job because something isn't right, you won't get in trouble.

You are not just a number

We are a company where everyone knows each other. No applicant tracking systems, no anonymous HR department — you speak directly with the people who make the decisions.

Application process

Five steps, no waiting.

01

Application

A CV is enough. References and certificates can be submitted later.

02

Feedback

We will get back to you as soon as possible — even if it’s not a match.

03

Interview

On-site in Loxstedt or via video call. You will always meet someone who has done the job themselves.

04

On-site visit

See the workshop and team, ask questions, and talk to your future colleagues.

05

Decision

Contract, deployment planning, and, if necessary, scheduling any missing qualifications.

Nothing suitable?

Feel free to send us your documents anyway. Our vacancies often arise from specific projects.
