mh² is convinced that all accidents at work, occupational illnesses and environmentally harmful incidents can be avoided by creating a strong awareness for occupational safety and environmental protection and by consistently implementing and improving risk-reducing measures.

We strive to heighten our employees’ awareness for these issues and, together with the team, to create and continuously improve a working environment in which everyone plays their part in protecting themselves, their colleagues and the environment and preventing injuries, illnesses and damage.

mh² attaches particular importance to a healthy and performance-enhancing working environment. All employees can reach out to colleagues and superiors at any time and it is explicitly desired that they do.

The doors at mh², including those of the management, are always open to avoid barriers between management level and employees. Of crucial importance for achieving our corporate goals is the qualification of the mh² teams. Each employee undergoes continuous further training according to his or her abilities and motivation in order to meet our goal.

Quality and its continuous improvement through the work performed by mh² is the key element in ensuring customer satisfaction and recognition as a specialist company on the market. All work is carried out in accordance with contractual specifications, legal requirements and the state of the art.

The basis for this are applicable standards and guidelines as well as our contracts with clients. In order to meet the highest quality standards, the working methods of mh² are regularly verified and certified by external bodies. This concerns the areas of steel construction & welding technology (EN 1090, ISO 3834) and quality management (ISO 9001).
